Studio Policy
|
With Private Voice Instruction, you will learn the fundamentals necessary to be the best singer that you can be! We will study all aspects of the voice such as: breath support, posture, resonance, articulation, diction, performance, style and ear training.
I also will require most students to bring their sight singing book with them as I am a firm believer in learning music along with learning about the voice.
Lessons are $120 per month. ($30 per half hour private lesson).
Obviously if you are sick, you don't pay for the lesson and I prefer you stay home and get better. A make-up lesson can be rescheduled.
Please practice! Results will be slow if you only work your voice ½ hour a week during lessons.
Most of my students are involved in a number of performing opportunities from Children's Chorus to Children's Theatre, but if you would like to see and hear what your child is doing in their lesson, we can schedule a time for you to come. They can do a mini recital for you with the songs they have learned.
